This is my Rebel Fleet Technician
reproduction costume from Star Wars
Return of the Jedi. Screen captures were
taken in order to get enough reference
material to create the patterns and
identify
props used for this costume. Star Wars
Costumes The Original Trilogy book was
used as reference material too.

The Jacket, pants and hat were made of
Tan Gabardine. The pants have two cargo
pockets at the front. The Jacket have a
fake pocket at the chest. The hat features
a embroidered custom logo. All of them
were made from scratch. I am using a
dark
olive t-shirt under the jacket.

Headset is a screen accurate Plantronics
MS50/T30-6 model. It was very popular
back in those days. Leather tall pouch is a
reproduction handmade and stitched by
me. Chest greeble was 3D modeled and
printed. Black box was made of plastic.
Belt was made of Velcro. The boots are
original knobelbecher German boots;
same
boots used by X-Wing Pilots.
