to just above knee, dark blue fitted top that
is horizontally ribbed with front middle
panel that is wider at the top. Black cowl
under hood of cloak. Black knee high boots.
Black facial and hand tattoos over pale
yellow skin. Black nails. Dark brown leather
belt with belt buckle decorated per crl.
