Chewbacca Costume. Head is a
fiberglass under skull with a hinged jaw
and teeth. There is a silicon skin with
punched hair.
The shirt is made out of netting with
synthetic hair that held into the netting
with silicon. The pants are made the
same way. The feet are foam and
plastic with black toes with claws. The
feet also have painter's stilts
incorporated into the design that give
the person wearing the costume a 15
inch lift. The feet also have some hair
around the toes. The gloves are black
rubber with hair glued on to them.
