This is Nien Nunb from Return of the Jedi.

The costume consists of a red jumpsuit,
a black vest, a leather pilot hat, a pair
of black leather boots, a pair of khaki
gaiters, a pair of leather gloves.

I have also included a picture with belt on
(optional).

This is also a re-submission to show the big
slit at the back of the head has been fixed
and closed, pictures have been provided for
review.
