Character/Costume Description

Tolmac is from Chandrilla. Raised in a middle-class family that nonetheless adhered to the rules of the aristocracy, they rebelled at an early age against the societal regulations placed upon them. Before long, they found their way to the Alliance, where they fight the good fight for mostly all the wrong reasons, but maybe also has finally found somewhere to belong.
