*I've retired this costume*

I found this fabric on the bargain table at Wal-Mart for $1.00/yard. There are about 6 yards in the tunic, tabbards, and obi. I used simplicity pattern # 5840 as the basis for the tunic, but designed the tabbards and Obi myself.

I made the belt from two used belts I picked up from a thrift store for $.50 each, some rivets, and various odds/ends. The food capsules are screen accurate, the pouches were picked up at a local army surplus for $4.00. The saber is a custom-machined replica of Obi-Wan Kenobi's from Episode I.

The pants are simply white sweatpants.

The boots are cheap rubber army surplus boots I purchased for $2.50.

I'm currently working on better boots and a new robe.
