Rann Athega was always a bit of a
loose cannon. Though a talented
pilot from a young age, he was a bit
too wild to conform to the structure
and traditions of Corsec, despite
several attempts at joining their
numbers. For a few years, he spent
his time escorting smugglers along
known space lanes in a Z-95 before
catching the eye of an Alliance
recruitment officer.

Promised the chance to try his hand
as a pilot for rebel ships like the a
and x-wing fighters, Rann jumped at
the chance to join up. Since then,
he's been a reliable, if reckless
member of Shadow Squadron and
his notorious shenanigans earned
him the call-sign "Hooligan," which
he uses with pride to this day.
