Right the time has come. I think I'm ready to attempt to tackle a wookie build.

I've ordered some black/grey hair and I think that's the colour scheme I'll be going for.

Im a bit stumped on the feet though. Does anyone have any guides or can point me in the directions on building up the height and what not?

This is the colour I'm looking at using. As you can see its a black with grey already mixed in. I may well add some more grey/white just to give extra little highlights.

Assuming this colour gets the go ahead I'll go ahead and bulk buy a load.

Im 5ft 10 so need to add a little over a foot in total (including the mask, this should be easy!) as for stilts or other voodoo I'm open to suggestions. I see a lot just screw a shoe to some blocks, this feels like the more stable option to me.

I'm guessing as you didn't say anything, my hair selection is ok Very Happy

That 280 color is what I used to build Black Krrsantan. It is approveable if you are doing a generic too.

Excellent! To do list...Bulk buy hair...Research what mesh to use...Work out how I'll build the feet.

With regards to the feet, I've found some 7 inch mens platform boots. I could build around this perhaps?

Just based on my own personal experience, If you have not already make sure you have your colors and pattern approved by one of the judges to avoid headaches. I went back and forth for months before I ended up being grandpa wookiee.

Welcome! 280 is a great blend! One of the nicest on a full suit in my humble opinion!

Go look in the approved member profiles, you’ll see two done entirely in 280, Krrbacca and Thrain Smile
