Hello hello!
I'm commissioning Padme's fireside gown, but I'm not entirely convinced the lace my seamstress picked will pass.
I know a girl has been approved with this one

but my seamstress suggested we use this one instead, because it has a bit of a fan motif.

what do you guys think? thank you very much, have a good day ♥

I would definitely suggest you not go with the floral fabric. The fan fabric has possibilities but not positive it would be approved. I used a zebra style lace and was approved with it.

I'm honestly not a fan of either. Neutral I know non-floral laces can be hard to find (which is why I now buy it whenever I find an interesting one that's not too expensive), but it's not impossible. You do sometimes have to get a bit lucky though and definitely look abroad, too. Japan had a pretty nice selection of laces, but I don't know if you can find any of those online.

To my eyes, both designs are too floral. Keep sharing what you find here if you're unsure.
