Hello friends in Central California!

The Modesto Nuts are offering an open invite to costumed fan groups to attend their event on May 25, 2018. This is approved by Lucasfilm. For event details and participation please contact the team directly. Contact information for the event is listed below. Please feel free to share this broadly with your clubs!

Please RSVP with a list of names by June 20th if possible. Please arrive by 5:30pm, and be in costume by 6pm when the gates open (you're welcome to arrive earlier than 5:30, just give me a heads up). Meet in the east parking lot (the one closer to the freeway off Neece Dr.) and enter through the east side of the stadium (3rd base side). You'll ask for Sarah or Natalie and will meet in the conference room of the administrative office. As for parking, when you give me a list of names of those attending I'll put them on the list. Otherwise, if you indicate to the parking attendant that you're with Rebel Legion's Endor Base it should not be an issue and you should not be charged.
