We have stolen the death star plans... wait a minute.... i seem to have the wrong plans. Oh well, I guess it's time for the reveal.

Here is the pretty solid rough draft of the FanX booth.

Key points. BIG BOOTH 40'x80'
1) Changing area will be smaller than last year. However, there is a long "storage corridor" that half greyed out will be used for bin storage. Will also be looking at hanging storage options. More info to come on rules around that.
2) Each group will have their own costumed area they are responsible for scheduling costumers and spotters. We will also have a "open area" for floater costumers and spotters at the landspeeder (with a cap on numbers). So unlike last year, except for the one area, costumers will be centralized to their clubs photo area. (Alpine does have 2, but one area is very costumer limited with the throne).
3) Kelly is leading the charge on the awesome display area in the corner. She may need extra hands on the build.
4) **** PASSES***** If you have not already responded to the most recent poll on pass needs WE NEED TO KNOW THIS WEEK. We have a cap of passes at the moment and if we dont see a need to request more, we will not. (Even requesting more may not result in more). If you do not respond that you need a pass this week, then we have no guarantee at all.
5) Schedule: We will be posting up a schedule soon. There will be assumptions around passes and using the storage area long term like last year.
6) Dinner: We have been trying to acquire a conference area/banquet hall for a multiclub dinner. So far no luck, but still pursuing options. I have a call with Tucanos tomorrow as a potential plan.
7) We have the hours for load in and load out.
Loadin starts weds 12-7pm and is when we are going to be doing the most heavy lifting. More than likely we will need hands weds morning loading up a uhaul at aubreys.
