We'll soon have to figure out a TLJ update for those lit-up buttons! I know I will be doing it for the new box that I just got, as are at least a couple others in our squadron.

Great build guide!

One question, is the indentation at the top dark in the inside and masked off before applying the white. Finishing up prepping mine now and I noticed it was dark in your photos.

Thanks!

Does anyone know where I can get an LED kit for this? Without tracking down all individual parts

I purchased a 3D print file for the chest box. Got it printed by a friend. Got my vest back not too long ago. Finally putting the 2 together. The box is too big. Can someone please share with me the dimensions of their chest box? I would really appreciate it! Thank you

There are a few people here and on RPF that make chestboxes. You should contact them and ask the dimensions. Also, a few years back, I posted photos from Star Wars costume exhibit in NYC (on RPF). I put a tape measure next to the Resistance pilot chest box. I was hoping that prop makers would use as reference for it's proper size. I believed it worked. Many accurate kits are out now. Look on Etsy!
