It is 3d printed so won’t weight that much. I need to finish it and will have to vacuum form the visor so a bit of work still ahead.

If anyone is interested I can ask the guy who modeled it what his price would be to sell them. I paid for the design but he keeps the files, etc. He is awesome and really pays attention to trying to get them right.

It does look spot-on! My girlfriend is wanting to do this costume, and she can't have anything heavy on her head because of a neck injury, so that's why we are concerned. I was going to work one up from EVA foam, but if it's a good price and lightweight, might just go this route.

I would be interested in an A-Wing suit if they ever come about...

If there was enough demand, I'd be up for making the RotJ green, gray and red suits. Right now I'm busy enough making TFA X-wing stuff & RFT, but if enough people could use them, sure. Its a fairly simple pattern compared to the pocket craziness that is the Resistance pilot suit!!

I did get that helmet in. it weights almost nothing. A few areas that need to be redone but other than that it is pretty sweet. Contact me via PM for the modelr/seller details.
