On specific points:

* We will prepare and hand out cups of water, Gatorade, energy bars, and other refreshments to the runners as they pass by. We would like to ask your group's help in handing out these.
* We would like for any visual of your Characters that you can bring. We would like for the runners to know that they have entered your world.
* A minimum of 4 (four) participants will be fine. However, if you would like to bring more of your group, we certainly will be appreciative. No limit to how many.
* We have our cars locked there for safe storage. We do not have a changing area, but our cars are available. We will bring large mirrors for your use.
* We will be positioned near the start of the race. Once the professional runners come by (roughly 30 minutes in), the big crush of regular people come through. We will be busy for around 90 minutes, and then the joggers will come by, and then the walkers. We should see our final marathon participant pass thru at around 9AM.
* We will have hot food, coffee, tea, soft drinks, drinks, and snacks for all of our station volunteers. A mini-Tailgate party as we do at Raider games.
* We can definitely make a donation to charity, as well as reimburse you for gasoline.
* Once the walkers come through and we finish eating, everyone is welcome to take a short walk over to the Finish Line of the race, where many festivities and performances are scheduled.
* We will make custom vinyl banners for this event. If you have artwork and photos of yourselves that you would like to include, please let me know and I will make sure it will be there. You may keep these banners after the race, if you wish.
