Whenever I think about starting a new build, I gather as many wigs, sewing patterns and fabric samples as I can before getting started. This is where I'll post my resources so that it may help other costumers down the road. I would love to have this costume completed sometime this summer so I can match my sister's Ahsoka Smile

Wigs
I'm not sure if I want to style an entire wig or use a short base with ponytail clips. I vouch for all these retailers and recommend the shades Bubblegum, Princess Pink and Taffy. Some reference images cast Chuchi's hair in a lilac color so I wouldn't recommend darker shades of pink.

Dress
It is possible to alter existing articles of clothing if they are the right color. If I do go that route, I'll look for a blazer/skirt combo. In the meantime I think these sewing patterns have potential.

Not sure about the seams in the front, but the collar could be modified?

That's all I've got for now, but I'll update this thread as I go along.

So, while I don't do Riyo, I do have a generic Pantoran Jedi, and did a lot of research on the species. Based on that, I am 95% sure her hair is meant to be lavender or lilac, not pink. Given that, you might consider one of these two wigs instead.

That's fair!
It's difficult to tell from the screenshots alone, since the two episodes with Riyo are so dark. I really like the two you suggested! I might dye a white wig a mix of dusty pink/lavender. I've seen tutorials of people using Copic and Sharpie markers to dye synthetic fibers.
I really appreciate your insight!

Oooh, that is a great option! I've never tried it before, but it sounds like a great way to get the exact color you are going for.

I'm excited to see another Riyo Chuchi!

Another technique I've seen is dying wigs with synthetic fabric dye: https://therabbittales.net/2016/12/13/how-to-dye-wigs-with-fabric-dye/
