Does anyone know how to get one? I'm currently working to build my first costume - a Temple Guard from Clone Wars. I need an accurate saber for my costume, though the only maker I've ever seen, builds the Rebels version which folds and is is colored different. That, and a 20 dollar one from Etsy. I would think about building my own if I could, but I'm not a machinist.

Can anyone help or have advice?

Thanks!
Malaki

They sell the temple guard sabers at Disneyland, but I don't know how cost-effective that would be for you.

Hop on “Custom Lightsaber Owners” Facebook group and ask there. They know of more sources and makers than anyone’s ever heard of.

Hi Malaki.

My CW Temple Guard saber was custom-made by a sabersmith in our country (Philippines). Made from aluminum and brass, which makes it heavy, and the electronics are set to stunt (no sound), with a single switch to light up both ends of the staff. Now the Folding saber you were saying, Rebels version, that was made by Arms on Fire. They also make Clone Wars version but you have to request them to build you one. Another company i saw, searchable in Facebook, is UltimateWorks. They also have a CW JTG Saberstaff. You may find some in Etsy, but i cannot vouch for the quality. Depending on your purpose, whether as purely props, or can be lightly dueled, you may try to seek the services of prop maker who can build you a pvc/3d-printed hilt, and have some electronics attached for effects. I hope this helps, and MTFBWY.

Wow, thank you! I want to be able to at least lightly duel with my TG saber. I did find the AOF maker and am considering that option. However, I would also like to have custom sounds like you see with makers like Ultra Sabers. I think those soundboards are super cool, however if I go with AOF it looks like I'd have to have him build the saber without sound, and have it shipped to a maker to put those sounds in.

You can check "The Vault" a FB group for sabers which also has a lot of vendors on it
