I have a cleared Generic Xwing costume and just wondered if I could add an Aqualish head and hands and clear that as well.

I am cleared with 501st as Ponda Baba with the "werewolf" hands variation and so thought I could maybe mash the two up and be an Aqualish pilot ?

If this is possible is there anything else I may need to do ? ie do you need Ref pics etc

Sorry for not seeing this earlier!

Alien pilots are definitely acceptable, they would just have to meet both the pilot standards and the alien standards. If the hands are fairly humanoid you could probably just get away with wearing regular gauntlet gloves, though the alien glove hands should be perfectly acceptable as well. If nothing else, submit pictures with both-- pictures with the gauntlet gloves and pictures with the alien hand gloves.

But yeah, as long as there isn't a visible seam up the back of the mask (which is usually what I've seen people dinged for with alien parts) then you should be just fine. Alien pilots can definitely be approved. Smile
