I am thinking of looking into a generic male twi'lek costume, but I have no idea where to start, or if it can even be done under the RL rules, any help would be appreciated

Hi!

I don't think you can do a generic Twi'lek basted on just the species itself, but you can do a generic Twi'lek based on one of the approved Rebel Legion costumes. For example, you could do a Twi'lek X-Wing pilot, a Twi'lek Trooper, or a Twi'lek Jedi, etc. It needs to be an approved type of costume, and then you just add the lekku and body paint to it.
