RogueLeader1995 (Giulia Andriulo) and I have put together a build guide for the General Madine style Home One officer. RogueLeader1995, thank you so much for your hard work!

Included are a pattern by Grey Jedi for the vest and a tutorial on modifying the pattern for Madine and constructing the vest by Schph Gochi, as well as, instructions from Blasty on the staff construction.

Additional thanks for some of the sourcing to tenebris (empathy) and for being a most excellent model to Admiral_Liam!
