"I am reaching out to see if you may be able to do a event for Friday, December 27th from 10:00AM-1:00PM at Yankee Candle Village, in Williamsburg VA. We are wanting to host a family friendly meet and greet here at our store, where children can come in and meet their favorite star wars character. I was direct to reach out to you by Matt Hoffmann. We are a 48,000 sq ft retail space and host several different events in store. Thank you, I hope you have a great day!"

Colleen Fernan, Human Resources, Sales, and Training Manager is our POC. She said there will be a secure place to change and to leave totes. Blasters are allowed.
If you can attend, please plan on being there at 9:30 AM to get kitted up and started at 10 AM.

Quick up from YC: because they realize our numbers will be limited with a during the week troop, they have elected to hire a Kylo and a Rey. Our groups don't need us to provide them.
