To make a standard you need at least three images of the costume (or it being in film, thus an actual piece). This is just a cover variation, and unless its in the comic, not sure if it would qualify for a standard.

His outfit he wears through issues 1-3, sure, even the flashback in #2 possibly. Not sure about this 'cover only' look. For fun sure, but possibly not for approval.
