Hello There.

I have been working on the hard parts to this costume but hit a couple of snags I could use advice on.

I have 3d printed my armor but noticed that the neck section is to small for my big noggen to fit through.

Currently, have it set up with magnets and velcro but I wanted to see if this would be acceptable? being in 2 pieces like this.

If not I would cut the neck out and maybe the back section like the imperial surplus one.

Thoughts?

Hi GonzoDX.

My first thought is that the neck seal doesn’t actually attach to the chest armour if you look closely at the ref images.

There is black under suit between the two.

I went ahead and cut the neck and back out. Added wings so I can attach the back piece with velcro.

My next question would be should I fill these on the arm pieces?
I don't know if it would be allowed as I don't really see any references for them.

Sorry Guys I can’t quite determine if that seam is the opening of your forearm armour piece. If not, I would definitely be filling it.
