Dropped the image in Illustrator and mapped the surface shapes.

The body will be CNC'd out of 1" PVC. The side panels will be from 1/2" PVC, and the surface dtails will be from 1/8" PVC.

Used a palm sander to soften all of the edges, and an anglegrinder cut-off wheel to plane down the trigger guard.








Pieces of .060 ABS glued at 45* for the heat vents. And inset forty-nine 1/8" pop rivets per side.
