|
A couple months ago, I stopped by a local army surplus shop and found a packpack frame that would work perfectly for either a Hoth or Endor trooper. Had some local people interested in starting on the costume, and well...if you find the parts, never hurts to have them handy (even for someone else).
Sadly, after what happened with the recent run of rifles over on the Yahoo board...both guys have given up on the idea of joining RL (and are shopping around for armor) since the best explanation they could get for getting taken by some guy named Jose was "buyer beware". Can't say I blame them.
Sadly, that leaves me with a spare backpack...and no Endor troopers. I have pics of the backpack, and once PhotoBucket is back online (site is going trough maintenance right now) I'll post them.
Let me know if you're interested in the pack...hate to see good parts go to waste. |

Well, the thing only cost me $40 at the store, I just shipped a raffle door prize for about $20...so, let's call it $60. (busted up toe, not included)
Anything over that, ya'll can send me an extra patch from your Base or something for XMas...no worries!
AMP can have first crack at it, PM if you're interested. |
