Please let me be the FIRST to welcome our newest outpost, Costa Rica Outpost, to the ranks of the Rebel legion. I am very impressed the way you all handled this endeavor during the entire process and I know you all will be very productive and successful during your probation and for years to come. I thank you for your paitence as we processed your application and got your forums set up during a busy time for the legion and I have been honored to be your council liaison and advisor during this project. PLEASE let me know if there is ANYTHING I can do to assist you along the way. Best wishes and good luck!!!!!

P.S. I am still working on getting your usergroup set up. Getting all the forum work done first. Thanks for your paitence.

All your usergroups and permissions are done now for you and your members to include your new outpost name under your profiles and CO/XO ranks added as required. You have also been removed from the outer rim usergroup and CO/XO added to applicable command forums.
That should be all. Please let me know if you are having trouples with anything.
