4/20/12 Hershey PA Symphony Concert

An event has been extend to the base by our friendly neighborhood garrison, Carida. It seems that the local symphony of Hershey,PA will be doing a few select themes from Star Wars. The conductor is a big fan, and wishes to have as many heroes and villians as possible for this event. I was told by Carida's Event Coordinator that members will be used to greet the patrons in the ticket line, pre-concert seating, and intermission. Plus be on stage for the Star Wars pieces and post-concert mingle. The character will be advertised in the Playbill, likewise in local media.

Event Purpose/Benefit/Charity/Cause: Hershey Symphony (non-profit all volunteer orchestra – one of the biggest in USA)
Venue: Hershey Theatre
Venue address: 15 East Caracas Ave, Hershey, PA 17033
Event Date: April 20, 2012 FRIDAY NIGHT
Start Time 7:00pm End Time 10:30pm arrive by 6pm.
Indoor/Outdoor/Both? Indoor
Will there be a spacious secure private secluded room for changing into costume and storing personal items?: Lots of room
Please Describe: Major venue 1,900 seat theatre (dressing rooms, plenty of open space, locked rooms for personal items)
Note : Restrooms do not meet this requirement.
Will cold water/beverages be provided? Yes, whatever you need
How many characters would you like to have? As many as possible
Are there any special requests for a certain Star Wars Characters to attend: Darth Vader would be great + as many others as possible
Is parking provided? Plenty of free parking directly across the street from theatre
