Tri-State Home Show: February 25, 2021 Chattanooga

On February 25, 2012, two members of the Corellian Base, members of the Mos Nooga Squad of the Midsouth Garrison, and Georgia Garrison invaded the 2012 Tri-State Home Show at the Chattanooga/Hamilton County Convention Center. We arrived around 10AM and got into our costumes and bring smiles to many people include numerous children, who in fact many of them had Star Wars T-Shirts on. As soon as we walked out many flashes of cameras went off. The Electric Power Board of Chattanooga asked us to come to their booth to pose for photos which was fun. Throughout the convention center was numerous booths that show home gardening ideas or how to fix ones homes. However, in one both was a both called "The Man Cave" in which there were numerous items including a pool table, pinball machines, a video game, and leather recliners. In addition they had a LG 72 inch TV showing some scenes of the Star Wars Saga. So you know we had to go over and see it. This gave us some great photo opportunities. We had members of the 501st who were happy to see a number of X wings blown up; however, when I saw some tie fighters blown up, and when the Death Star Blew up of coarse I was all in saying YAHOOOOOOOOO. It was a great time though honestly with all. For our participation at the event a donation in behalf of the Rebel Legion will be made to the Chattanooga Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization.
