I don't even like the video game, but that just rocks. _________________ www.blackburn-photography.com

I've never played it myself but I really like the trailers.
BTW...yes the tape will be removed before molding.

Thanks. With the helmet nearing completion, We'll be able to concentrate on the rest of the armor. Biceps are nearly complete. We'll run the chest and back armor this week prior to the weekend. I'll put renders up shortly. We're still tweaking them a little. |

Took a quick test pull of the first piece of the chest. The black plastic was all we had, but now that I've seen it. I know what people are talking about- I JUST MIGHT never go back.

We finished the chest armor machining last night. It came out awesome. We are going to seal it up and get it molded. Back armor will be running tonight and tomorrow.

Thanks very much. We just started machining the back armor tonight. We should have some pictures to show tomorrow. We just did some vacuum form tests and we are leaning toward 1/8" styrene vs. .090" ABS. The 1/8" styrene is much more rigid and armor-like. Styrene is easy to deal with during assembly also. This is not for sure but we are leaning that direction.
After I get mine assembled, I'll apply for Rebel Legion. |

Amongst other things, we made some test pulls of the biceps todayam them yet as you can see the line but we are very happy with how these parts are lining up. Almost no line to repair though. This is a rough assembly for test fit. The edge molding was a test but this particular type has difficulty wrapping around corners.
