I could have swore we had a thread for this already.
This is a safe trick or treating event for kids and we have hosted this at Wings over the Rockies for the last 9 years.
http://www.wingsmuseum.org/
You must be on the list to get in otherwise you'll have to pay to get in so sign up here and PM me your full name please. *No exceptions*
The Museum requires a waiver to volunteer at events.
Link to waiver: https://app.box.com/...lar14pzsxyqsg73
They have to be hand delivered as well. So, you can fax them in, and bring the original to the event.
I'll look into an email address as well.

Set up 8am - leave when it's all cleaned up. You don’t have to come for the entire event, if you can only help with set up or a few hours in between I welcome you. It’s a fun event like most everything we do but it turns unfun the minute there’s 3 people trying to do it by themselves. Table layout will be sorted out Sunday morning.
Some fan groups were told noon to 4 but they are doing early entry for local residents at 10am.
Star Wars costumes or costumes in general are not required but a hat or funny shirt is recommended.
There will be photo back drops and the green Screen Adventure as well as the Jabba toss and a few other fun things for the kids.
1:30 or 2pm will be a costume parade so we can show off all the kids’ costumes.
WOTR is doing a on-line voting for best costume. Will have the area marked out and at each table so we can tell people where to go.
Food Trucks will be there if you’re interested. WOTR most of the time provides lunch but it’s one slice of pizza or a tiny sandwich wedge and is enough to fill up a flea. So bring snacks and water, there are vending machines but they might be out of something or not working. There will also be a bouncy castle again.
Thanks everyone! |

Making a book for the selections and I'll be manning my computer for the GSA (my mobility being in question). Got lots of fun stuff for people to pick from. |
