Ronald McDonald Fall Carnival October 4-5, 2014

On October 4-5, 2014, I participated at the Ronald McDonald Fall Carnival, which was held at the River Walk in Chattanooga, TN. This event was a time for children of all ages to enjoy events and see some of their favorite costumers through out the galaxy. Since they wanted good guys costume I was asked to wear my Jedi, but since it is approved in TDE as a Dark Jedi I thought I would place a mission report up. The weather was very corperated with us with clear skies and as a result there was a number of children and their families came out to see the booths and participated in the event. Personal note this year seamed to have the largest turn out, and I have done this event for the last six years. The tabulation of the money collected that we as in the costuming groups help with in directly was over $70,000.00. However, the money is still being counted and will know a final total at the end of the money. The money collected will go to help in the operation of the Ronald McDonald House, which is a home for families while their child is at Children's Hospital at Erlanger.
