Anyone have any words of wisdom dealing with Doopy-Do's? I ordered their E-11 blaster conversion kit almost 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them, despite repeated emails. I used PayPal, so they've had my $$ since the order was placed. Just wondering if this is their MO or if my experience is out of the norm.

3 weeks is not a long time.

Not a long time for shipment, considering the goods are to be shipped from the UK to the US. My concern, rather, is failure to acknowledge my correspondence even after repeated requests. Just curious if others have had similar dealings or if my case is the exception. I am still hopeful the order will be fulfilled.

Ive never heard of an issue with DD, and a month is a quick ship time internationally.

Again, shipment time is not the issue. I know international shipping takes longer, in some cases. Just want to make sure I'll actually get the stuff at some point, which is why I have been trying to get some sort of information out of them. However, I'll be an optimist and assume everything will be OK.

I have no experience dealing with DD. However, I do know some other prop suppliers that are known for not responding. It's usually because they are so busy that they can't afford to take the time to respond, or they wouldn't get any work done.
I sometimes experience this problem myself. It's far too easy to spend too much time on the computer answering questions and such.
Although I do usually try to acknowledge receipt of payment.

Good points, David.

Update on my order: Coincidently, after expressing my concerns on this forum I finally got a response from DoopeyDoos telling me my order had been "dispatched". I'll stop my whining now Rolling Eyes
