Currently, these are my Leia boots. Do you think they're acceptable?

This is what they look like from the side:

My only concern is that since I have toothpick legs that the boots look too loose on me. Does the fit matter, or are they okay? I have a lot of trouble when it comes to boots due to my skinny calves.

They look just fine for me. We are more concerned about whether or not they are tall enough and do not slouch.

My only concern is that they seem a bit short; a lot of your skin is visible.

That might be because I have kind of long legs. They were advertised as knee-length when I bought them.

I think they are fine. I often think that the boot are the hardest part of the costume.

My humblest apologies if this is a no-no. I saw this thread is about Leia's AHN boots, so rather than make a new thread, I'm posting here.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Women-knee-High-Riding-Boot-Braided-Detail-Comfy-Low-Heel-Side-Zipper-FREE-SHIP-/161212199398?var=460497558216&hash=item2588fef1e6 I found some white boots being sold on ebay but they have white lace detailing on the back. I don't think it would be visible under the skirt ... however, the Standards does say no logos or lacing. Do you think it would be passable since the lacing isn't in the front? Or should I just keep looking?

If there are other AHN Leias out there that don't mind sharing where they found their white boots, that would be awesome also!

Thank you for reading!

Hmm. I'll say that the lacing isn't very visible and overall the shape looks good. But I'd like a second opinion from another judge on these.

It's hard to see from the side-view how prominent that lacing is. Our standards require that the boots be "without laces or logos." I would tend to say that they are not acceptable.
