I took the time to blow up stills, pause and rewind, and finally make a pattern for the holes in Rey's gauntlets. I'm going to try to put holes in my wool with an awl and see if that gives it the same effect! I would love to hear some feedback!

UPDATE: Print this up at 3 inches high when you do it. That should give you the right size.

Also, the awl did not work. Any ideas for making the holes would be appreciated!

First thing that came up in my mind was maybe to do the holes with heat...? Like melting the holes.... if that makes any sense?.... let me know...

I don't know if a regular hole puncher would work for this. Maybe?

I tried with this beltholemaker"grip" today on my fabric and I liked the results! Try it and let me know!
