Description: This is an invite coming from the Mandalorian Mercs who are Trooping a charity event in sacramento for Children with cockanye syndrome (premature aging) troopers are encouraged to interact with family's and take part in photo ops. This is the big finale to the conference for the families. Let's put some smiles on these brave children and make their day!
Groups invited: 501st Legion, Rebel Legion, Mandalorian Mercs, R2 Builders, Saber Guild
Location: Embassy Suites
100 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814
Parking: 1280 Front St Sacramento, CA 95814
Troopers will have to use Tower Bridge Parking lot across the street from the hotel, our contact Jackie stated that she will be reimbursing us for parking costs.
Arrival: 3pm
Time: 5pm-9pm
Date: July 29th (Saturday)
Secure Changing Area: Yes (Hospitality Room located on the second floor, see front desk of hotel on first floor for escort up)
Weapons: Blasters and Lightsabers ok
Water will be provided for the troopers
