I think the suit looks good. I will ask a few of the costume judges to drop in and comment.

I'm not sure if the arm tools are too long or the pocket is too short.
I would probably cut the arm tools down so they sit in the pocket like this:

Overall it looks good. Smile

I think the hip pockets are too long; they look more rectangular than square'ish, and I think the second leg pocket goes below knee cap, where it should stop just above.
The breast pockets are also kinda far to the sides, but I don't think that will be a problem since the vest mostly covers that area. (At any rate you can't change it without also changing the seam lines and moving them).
