Rebel Officer Question

Hey all!
I'm interested in doing a Madine soon. All of the components I can find and acquire with little difficulty, except for one: that khaki jacket thing that the officers wear.
My questions are:
What do we even call that khaki jacket thing?
Does anyone know where I could find one?
Or preferably, does anyone know what I could use to modify it to make it look good?
Fingers crossed I could get this done by Planet Comic Con in February.
