Got some nice boots (had to cut of the belts), grey pants and a belt. Got a chef's jacket: mounted some black buttons, cut the length to the lower hip and tapered the sleeves. Next: have to make a high mandarin collar because the existing mandarin collar is way too low.
With the boots and the big head-mask it seems to become a 7ft high Bith standing...

the collar is pretty high; there is a fold in the middle of the collar (top section is thicker). The collar is under the eyering-section (maybe a cutout is necessary). The opening is small and tapered.

edit:
looking at the sceencaps again and trying to make a draft collar made of foam, I think there is no cutout at the collar. The collar was folded. This way it sneaks under the eyerings-section and the triangle-shape seen on screencaps is plausible.

so that's it:

edit: the closing of jacket is too tight because the neck-section of the mask is quite bulky. So maybe I will alter the buttons. Another point is that the photos are quite noisy because for taking a picture of the complete body in my small garage I have to use a big lens on my camera. Aperture was chosen too high (wanted to get all the details sharp) and so the ISO went through the roof. It's quite challenging to take pictures with a self-timer when sweating in this costume... Maybe another set of pics with different settings will be made.
edit2: when I reposition the buttons, they are more to the middle than to the right. So I will try another jacket that is of a bigger size than the one that I use now.

new jacket arrived. First one was my normal size (2XL), now it's 6XL and it is much more comfortable and nice. (it has to be of bigger size because the bulky neck-area of the mask raises the jacket and so the sleeves and makes the opening for the neck very tight.).

Really good stuff! I hear you about the bulkiness of the mask neck. I often help people with advise on their Greedo builds, and I always tell them to hold off on taking their measurements until after they have the mask!
