Greetings,

I am currently building a Rebel Fleet Trooper for the Portuguese Outpost.
This is my first costume for Rebel Legion!

I already got the helmet, belt, holster, boots, boxes and blaster.
My doubt is about the shades of color of my cargo pants and shirt.

Pants came from Ebay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Propper-BDU-Trousers-Button-Fly-Tactical-Ripstop-Mens-Patrol-Military-Pants-Grey/272715767192?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=571851619171&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

And shirt was bought on a local store.

Are those colors ok?

Thank you,
Soraia

Try taking a picture of the outfit in a different light please. It is probably just the lighting but the pants come across as tan.

In the ladt few months many tan pants are showing up.
It has to be something with these new cameras. It wasnt so much of an issue before.

Hey, again!

Since June, I started the build of a Rebel Fleet Trooper.
My version is from A New Hope.

The Costume Requirements:
http://newsite.rebellegion.com/rebel-fleet-trooper-a-new-hope/

Here they are the costume elements that I have and where and from whom I bought/acquired them.

Helmet

Original Stormtrooper - http://www.originalstormtrooper.com/rebel-fleet-helmet-156-p.asp (UK)

Shirt, Vest and Pants

Shirt - Bought on a local store
Vest - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/US-BDU-Field-Jacket-Black-All-Sizes-Army-Battle-Dress-Uniform-Cotton-Top/361846514281?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=631113731488&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 (UK)
Pants - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Propper-BDU-Trousers-Button-Fly-Tactical-Ripstop-Mens-Patrol-Military-Pants-Grey/272715767192?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=571851619171&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2648 (UK)

I bought 2 shirts and with the back of one I made the bib of the other.

The vest was original a BDU shirt wich I cited the sleeves and colar.
With the extra fabric I made the back pocket.

Boots

Mid-Calf leather boots, without zippers nor buckles.
ZIB Militaria - http://www.zib-militaria.de/epages/61431412.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=%2FShops%2F61431412%2FProducts%2F190487 (GERMANY)

Belt and Buckle

Darman Props no Etsy (USA)
https://www.etsy.com/listing/505428185/star-wars-8-oz-real-leather-dh-17?ref=listing-shop-header-3

FORMAL REQUIREMENTS

I have 6 of 8:

1. DH-17 Blaster - MercSupplyShop (UK)

3. Two aluminium belt boxes - PhiloProps - https://www.etsy.com/listing/498994288/imperial-belt-box-style-rogue-one-for?ref=shop_home_active_13 (ITALY)

4. Larger back pocket

6. Helmet Antenna

7. Accurate brown holster

8. Rank Badge - Interstait (USA)

So, this is the final costume.

these are great pictures and really help us look a the costume. And you bought a Shepperton! (We cannot get those in the US).

From looking your costume over the only issue I can see is the back pocket. it is the correct width but must be moved up to the armhole.
I can definitely tell you enjoy wearing it!

FORMAL REQUIREMENTS – CHOOSE FOUR ITEMS

4. Large open pocket on the upper back of the vest with a center Velcro closure. Proportional to wearer and should go almost from armhole to armhole. Pocket is located high on the back and start slightly higher than the mid point of the arm holes.

Hello G'nott sH'urr (David Campbell)

Thank you so much for your reply!
Ok, great! Only one issue.
I will study my best option and fix the pocket ASAP.

It is still really low. You can see how high they were in screencaps. Also the opocket is open on top, with just a small square of velcro way down in the middle of the pocket holding it more or less closed. There is no flap to close it. the top is at the middle of the armhole.

I decided to take off my back pocket.
So now I only have 5 of the 8 formal requirements.

Here it is my latest picture:

And we have Yavin here in my city!

Looks super! If you still want to do the back pockets, they should look and be positioned something like this:
