If I make it off the waitlist, I can bring my dress form and a Padme costume for display. I have the light blue Tatooine outfit to show off the "softer" side of the legion. _________________

Not sure what the "standards" are -- but I do have an inflatable BB-8 (it's for the yard at Christmas but is not Christmas-specific) -- it stands 4.5' tall -- am happy to bring it if we think we want it...
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Gemmy-Airblown-Inflatables-Christmas-Inflatable-BB-8-4-5/52617508
I also have my ultrasaber (I'm not a Jedi so I don't carry it -- just have one), a lightsaber flashlight, and one of the plastic "extend-a-sabers". I know in the past the little ones like seeing them up close, but don't want to step on toes if you don't think it's a good idea.
I also have:
3' tall stuffed Chewbacca that makes noises
1' tall stuffed Yoda
Stuffed porg
Han Solo in Carbonite popcorn box
Stormtrooper Plastic Stein from Disneyland
Not sure if any of it makes sense -- especially with little hands, but figured at least I could offer to chip in and bring it.
I also have the Star Wars Galactic Nights Poster that I'd be willing to bring as a backdrop https://www.picclickimg.com/d/w1600/pict/332183705177_/Star-Wars-Disney-Galactic-Night-2017-Exclusive-Poster.jpg
-- it was MUCH larger than I thought it was going to be when I got it home and so it's never even been out of the tube...
again -- not sure if any of this works or if you (in your much more extensive experience) already know what does/doesn't work...

Great that you have those items, but anything Imperial we don't display on our table as that is the 501st not us.
Our big aim is to not just fill the table with stuff, but items related to costumes, costume making, etc. To let people see what it takes to become a member, and how much fun it can be.
We used to fill the table with collectible items and the typical response to the table would be "oh don't they have nice stuff", and they wouldn't inquire about membership.
THis is as much a recruitment and PR event as it is an event to be there for the kids and take pictures with them, and the table is the focal point for people to be able to see what it takes to become a member and do what we do!
How big is the poster? _________________ "So this is how liberty dies... with thunderous applause..."

as far as costuming goes...we have items for:
RLSC - OT Pilot
Docking Bay 94 - ANH Han Solo
KJO - Generic Jedi
Wretched Hive - Jawa
RAID - OT RFT
GSC - Naboo Officer
DO NOT have anything for (NEED COSTUMES PIECES FOR)
Galactic Senate
Clones
Citizens of the Republic
- We are low on tri folds, low on tattoos
- I have the books with the standards, trading cards and art cards,
- I have table runners, banners and cloths
- Could use accessories unique to the costuming groups if you have them.
- Need to know if someone has updated the base slide show (Joel or John) and all the pilot pics that Nick prepared.
- As much as possible....if you can bring major items for the set-up on Friday evening that would be helpful. If you have special pieces but cant bring them until Saturday morning, PLEASE let me know what it will be so I can leave room for it.
Also, my two mannequins we usually use every year are shot and unusable. We need ANYONE who has dress forms or partial mannequin stands...anything we can display costumes on to PLEASE volunteer to bring them and let me know they are coming......we really need them. _________________

I have my 2 1/2 torsos that I can bring. I dont know of anyone offhand that has full mannequins, but I will look around.
As far as PR items. I will bring whatever I have left of the tattoos. I have a bunch of the trifolds left over from AWESOMECON, and I will bring all of the filers that I have too.
Unfortunately for the tattoos, we would have needed to place an order for them and we did not get enough interest to do it earlier in the year.
I have a brand new standards book with all of the updated information in it that I can bring so we have 2 on the tables
As far as costume pieces go, I have my Bail Organa blaster that I can bring.
Please let me know of anything else you want me to bring with me. _________________ "Why, you stuck up,..half-witted,..scruffy-looking,..nerf-herder!"..."Who's scruffy-looking?"

Ok I'm starting to compile the "what I'm bringing list"
So far:
- Laptops
- Monitors
- updated powerpoint
- music?
Anything else from the following you would like me to bring?
Available:
Unpainted: DL 44 / Disney Parks Blaster; Nerf Rebel Fleet Trooper Blaster
Jedi Robes
Belt
Belt Accessories
Lightsabers
Being I'm not costuming it can be used for display if you want
I'm practically wiped out of table paper supplies, will be needing to order some for NekoCon which is the immediate week after _________________ "So this is how liberty dies... with thunderous applause..."

Rick and I have all of the costume stuff covered. Just bring the computer items and the music.
Rick, let me know which of my costumes you want to put on the torsos. I am trying to find others _________________ "Why, you stuck up,..half-witted,..scruffy-looking,..nerf-herder!"..."Who's scruffy-looking?"
