Hi,

I think i'm almost ready to push in my app for RL however i would love to get your feedback on my costume and if i need to change anything prior to me applying. Any input would be very welcome.

Justin.

Well I must say, you've clearly done your homework on these. You've got the stitching on the sleeves of your ESB jacket, the scratched up droid caller for ESB vs. the textured one for ANH, grooves on your ANH gun belt...even the pickiest of details seem to be covered. Excellent job!!

The only thing I would ask...I can't clearly see the riding seam in the seat of the trousers, and I can't clearly make out the pockets on the vests to confirm they are correct for each version. I would want to see well-lit, detail photos of these items just to confirm them; however, given the level of execution on all the rest, I can't imagine there's going to be a problem with those details.

Really well-done overall!! Look forward to seeing you in the queue.

Thank you for the feedback. The vest pockets are, as far as I can tell from photo's all good and the trousers do indeed have the riding seam on both pairs. I will however look to get better lit pics for my photo's on my application which i'm hoping to be with you by the weekend (busy with work atm). One question if I may? How fussy are you with the bottom left hand pocket of the ANH vest? In some shots of Han the pocket is gaping/flapping and in other shots its closed. My vest is from Todd's and even though the quality is good the pocket hasn't got the flap unless i adapt it so it's not 100% screen accurate.

Regards,

Justin.

Just as a follow up. I believe all applications at the moment are on hold due to RL elections? If so I am going to use this period to have my ANH vest tailored to fit a little better (I feel it's a bit too long). To that end i'll get my submission app in for mid-late Sept.

Thanks Smile The shirt is the Magnoli falcon shirt, that especially well made and a at a great price. Sounds like a sales pitch but I'm really pleased with it.

Yeah, I can vouch for the Magnoli Falcon shirt too. I got one this past summer and it makes the difference from most other shirts out there...

Wow this looks amazing.. I'm curious...do you have to have the front stitching? I thought it was only for formal status... I'm asking because I'm working on this also..thank you

Yes I do have both front stitching and the rear riding seam. I have to admit now that i have completed all 3 of my WIP Han's the ANH is my favorite. Good luck with the build and don't hesitate to ask question on the forum, the guys here are fantastic.

Looks great! Agree with Brian; detail picture on riding seam and pockets.

I have the Magnoli shirt as well, after going through two others, this is so far the best.

I have just submitted my app this afternoon for my ANH costume. I added extra pics of my pants both front and back and my waistcoat. All in better light to show full detailing.

Once again many thanks to all who have helped in getting me to my application.

Justin.
