I drafted pieces as I went along. There was much trial and error. For the main shape of the jumpsuit, including the arms, legs, and torso, I copied my existing orange X-wing flight suit. At the end of the build, I do not have a "pattern" per se.

I recently came upon this photo which shows some more details on the flight suit - the Velcro closures on the front, as well as the lining.

I just need to know where those pleated ejection straps can be found. Every source anyone found no longer exists or responds any more.

The Etsy shop where I bought mine seems to be no longer in business. My suggestion is to search "pleated elastic webbing." Here's something that I found recently on Ebay:
