While working on the 3D models of the Hanna pendants for Mon Mothma, it appeared that the standards are not up to date and could be ameliorated. Also, as the Padme's Apartment costume and the Clone Wars costume are very similar, I came up with this Standard Revision, combining the two costumes, in the same fashion than Leia Endor and Briefing merges together.
Thanks to Lora for a first check and corrections.

We would like your opinion before to submit it for revision.

Option A: Senator Mon Mothma (Padme's Apartment)
Option B: Senator Mon Mothma (The Clone Wars)

Costume should be self-consistent with only Option A or only Option B for all parts.

1. Gown
Natural white or off-white floor-length A-line gown (fitted at the hips and gradually widen towards the floor). The gown is made of a woollen fabric or a woollen looking, medium-weight fabric with a circular pattern.
Option A: The sleeves are bishop sleeves : they flare out from shoulder to wrist and are gathered to a tight cuff at the wrist, creating a balloon effect around the wrists.
Option B: The sleeves are softly bell-shaped and pointed on the outside of the cuffs. The sleeves have a beige/light-brown bias binding at the cuffs.

2. Tabard
Natural white or off-white floor-length contoured tabard of a heavy-weight fine woollen fabric with a V-neck and a very tall and fitted collar. The front of the collar is open in a V and the sides both have a set of three ball-shaped cream buttons. The tabard is made of two panels (front and back) joined together by a seam at the shoulder. The tabard goes to the edge of the shoulder.
The front of the tabard is decorated with an embroidered or printed pattern going all the way from top to bottom. The embroidered is composed of 3 elements : a symmetrical one at the center and two identical starting from the middle of the shoulder. The back of the tabard can have the same embroidered pattern. The distance between the patterns should be kept consistent under breast-level.
Option A: The tabard narrows at the waist before it widens towards the floor. The embroidered pattern should be of same color as the fabric or only one tone darker. It also has two additional elements starting at fingertip length and following the sides of the tabard. The top of the collar has sharp edges where it turns into the V neck.
Option B: The tabard narrows to the waist at approximately half the width of the shoulder and stay this width towards the floor. The embroidered pattern should be of a slightly darker and more brown-gold color than the fabric. The top of the collar as rounded edges where forming the V. The sides of the tabards have a beige/light-brown bias binding identical to the one on the cuffs.

3. Shoes
Natural white or off-white leather or leather-like tailored flats or pumps with a thin dark sole. The toe should preferably be flat.

4. Accesories-brooches
Two silver Hanna pendant brooches, one center on each shoulder with two thick silver metallic cords draped between them. The lower cord goes down to the elbow level, while the higher one is at mid distance between the first one and the Hanna pendant. The brooch shape is different for Revenge of the Sith and The Clone Wars and should thus be accurate accordingly to the chosen version.

5. Accesories-Pendant
A silver Hanna pendant hanging in the middle of the chest on a silver cord linking the two brooches. The pendant shape is different for Revenge of the Sith and The Clone Wars and should thus be accurate accordingly to the chosen version.
Option A: The silver cord for the pendant is thinner that the other two between the brooches
Option B: The three cords are the same size on The Clone Wars version.

6. Hairs
Appropriately-styled hair shorn at chin length at the longest; naturally-occurring hair colors only, auburn preferred.
