Hi all. So the jaw on my mask doesn't quite reach where my actual chin is. I just wondered how you guys have extended the inside of the mask jaws to your chins. I contemplating just gluing a bit of stiff plastic in there till it reaches my chin.

I'd love to see any photos of what you people all have

cheers

Jon

I spray expanding foam in there and spray (fine mist) of water. Cover with cling film to keep the density right.

Test fit and carve any excess away.

Once happy I cove with Pleather for comfort otherwise you will endure Wookiee rash on your chin.

Pics taken of the inside

Hope that helps

Hi all,

So still having trouble with my chin. Chefhawk, I tried your method and I can see how it works but I can't seem to replicate it. Do you have any photos showing how it sit from the side at all?

In fact if anyone cares to share photos of how they fit their masks to their own chins I'd be so grateful to see them

cheers guys & gals

It's all a question of getting the padding right. I use layers of memory foam to make the mask sit quite snug on my face. Does that help?

Hi Jamie.

As silly as it sounds your explanation makes perfect sense but I just can't seem to get the padding to fit on my underskull. Do you have any photos of your method? Any chance of winging one over on fb?

Cheers
