Hi, everyone.

I'm working on putting together my TFA ejection harness by following the great tutorial here in the forum (thanks for that, BTW!). I got some used PLCE belts that were a little stiff, so first I soaked them in water with Woolite and then let them air dry, and that helped a little. Then I spray painted them (several light coats) with grey primer.

After the painting, they're back to being pretty stiff, plus they have a rough feel to them from the primer. Should I worry about the primer flaking or rubbing off of them? Is there any kind of finish or sealant that people use on the webbing parts to prevent that? I'm guessing there's not much I can do about the stiffness at this point, is there?

Thanks!
