Notes for 2020 if we go:
Bring multiple photo backdrops because we probably won't have walls even though it's in the contract.

During set up, make sure backdrop with our name faces out towards crowd. Get large posterboard sign saying FREE to tape to top corner of backdrop before it's high up.

I just received our contract for AwesomeCon. We got the space we asked for, and we are only getting 20 Exhibitor badges, priority of which will go to Terrapin Base members. Please remember that comp tickets are a privilege from our hosts, not a right.

Kellie and I will go over everything over the next few days to make sure the issues from last year are addressed before signing the contract. This is all I know at this time. More to come as I get more info.

I’m 95% sure I’ll be attending. I’ll probably organize a Rey meet up again on Saturday and hopefully bring my Jawa Sunday (and ideally my sister and her boyfriend will also have jawas done at this time.) I can’t oddicially sign up to troop becaus I’m still not positive I’m attending but if I’m there I’ll definitely come say hi and help out a bit!

I’m pretty sure I’ll be attending again this year, and would love to sign up for actual booth duty this time. Not sure as what yet. I’m still waiting to get my ticket so I’ll let you all know closer to the event.

Linda and I will be there. Planning to split the weekend with OLG and Terrapin duty.

Like last year, I am checking into the hotel Thursday afternoon and will be available to help with booth setup Thursday evening and early Friday morning. Will sign up as such on the sheet. Linda’s availability being off work for setup crew is still TBD right now.
