11/2: Nashville Buddy Walk

Nashville Buddy Walk
I am reaching out on behalf of DSAMT to see if you all would be willing to come out again this year for the Nashville Buddy Walk. We would like to have characters there from 9:30am until noon to interact with our guests. We are expecting over 5,000 again this year!

Venue:
The Hermitage
4580 Rachel's Lane
Hermitage, TN

Start Time: 9:30am
End Time: 12pm

If interested, please complete the volunteer registration form: https://dsamt.regfox.com/nashville-buddy-walk-volunteers

There will be a tent with sidewalls all the way around as well as a cooler filled with bottled water and some chairs. This area can also be used to change if needed unless you need more privacy, then we can use the restroom inside the Hermitage museum. Please sign in at the volunteer registration (everyone who registers online will also receive a t-shirt there), you are welcome to leave your belongings at the Volunteer registration tent, but know the people at that tent will be busy and not responsible for anything lost, stolen, or accidentally picked up by another person using that space.

I think I am in also as RFT. This is the same day as the Clarksville Library troop but it seems like there's enough time in between to try both!

Put me in as tentative for this one. I live in Old Hickory, just on the other side of the Hermitage and the events there are always great and well attended. I committed to the Montgomery County Library thing as well, so just need to figure out if I can swing both or choose between them.
