Error when I try to submit my costume

Hi everyone!
I am trying to submit my application for my Rey costume but after I attach my information and photos I keep getting this weird error. The error is
"Ran into problems sending mail. Response 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6"
Does anyone know what this means?

The email system is at it's max and until clear anything that should send an email is having that error. The web team knows and hopefully it will be ok again soon.

The application of the Rey costume is in the queue.
