Hi RLSC

I have created a vector flight suit template. the link is located here: http://www.forum.rebellegion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=109153

How can these flight suit templates be incorporated into the new standards? Who can I give the templates? Why is it difficult to find any relevant information?

I am starting to get worried that the templates are irrelevant. I don't need anymore added stress.

Hello,

The priority right now is to update all current standards and develop new standards for all popular pilot costumes in the new format.

This format requires images from original sources to ensure proper judging. The new format has geared away from exact measurements since costumes must be proportional to each wearer and attainable for all people regardless of size. Because of this, having a template, pattern, or other source to create a flight suit will not guarantee approval since there is no one right way to make a flight suit fit for everyone. The judges will only review final costumes based on the guidance outlined in the standards and will not approve or any final word to say that a template or pattern will be approved if used. Please review here for more information about the new format and process.

Thank you for the post.

I am a visual learner so all this large amount of text is just jumble.

I just would like the know the main objective of why templates will not guarantee approval. If you could show a visual example i would be most grateful.

You also need to be aware how well this will translate into other languages.

Yes you did.

How would the flight suits or other standards be incorporated into these NEW standards. I am still confused. The current catalogue of flight suits offered from LFL archives are limited.

How would these new standards be used in the a-wing, b-wing, x-wing, y-wing, and resistance flight suits?
