Hello there! So I decided to post today about this build that I'm currently working on with another member of RL aka FulcrumIII - We have been working on this build for over a year already, even way before the game was released.

We're currently working the proposed for the guidelines and standards for this costume approval. We're writing a Google docs for the accurate breakdown of the costume, in regards to materials, details, measurements, tailoring tips and even several 3d modeled files created from scratch for cal's attire as seen on game play.

We'll be sharing all the details from this Google docs soon when it's completed, as we still have a few details missing to be done.

There was a thread created before this, but unfortunately there hasn't been any updates since February if I'm not wrong.

We will be sharing photos of our WIP and high-quality resolution and very detailed photos for the attire. All possible tips, materials used and best practices for the build.

I am confirming that I am the other person that will be helping out Atkidso09 on this Cal Kestis build and proposed standards. Like what he said in his post, we are currently working on writing the proposed standards for Cal and will be providing hi-quality in-game photo references in the proposed standards along with WIP updates of the costume build. Regarding Cal Kestis - Would all his possible outfits in the game be considered as accepteble ones or are we limited to his Bracca Scrapper outfit?

It would be his main Bracca outfit since it's the main default outfit in the game and we plan on making the scrapper guild poncho and the accessories that are on his poncho an optional accessory similar to the Resistance Rey standards.

My favorite outfit in the game is the pilot one but I guess that would be a no go then? I am tiny a bit in love with that outfit. Johan.

It just have to be non-modifiable and seen from front and back. Smile If you can modify it then it's a no go.

Its one of his chosable outfits that you get from the chests in the game so I does not know if that counts as non modifiable or not. And since you can rotate around the character you can sure say its seen from every possible angle.

So generally in games the approvable outfit is the base outfit and saber. Because the pilot version is something you have to select and he never purposely wears it in the game, its more a fun easter egg than official outfit. If you'd like an approvable Cal, I'd recommend starting with the base scrapper outfit, with or without poncho. Then if you want the pilot outfit for unofficial events, it looks to be the same patterns, but in orange.
