I found this pic that the the Tenzigo Weems actor Eric MacLennan posted on his Twitter account. It shows him with his shirt bib undone, and you can see the closure mechanism that the costume department used.

Is that a whole ton of snaps that I see? It also shows that the bib opens on the left. Not sure if the snaps go all the way around the bib or if it is sewn to the shirt on one side.

Yes it was mine from GSC, Its was snap on tape (twill tape back) I'm working on a thing to give a rough idea of how to alter a shirt pattern.

Its just down one side, I if you did it across the top it would cause too much bulk, there's just a snap on the other corner on mine.

Looks like I will have to order snap tape from the UK but I definitely what to try it when I make my next RFT and/or officer shirt. Sewing on the snaps by hand is not fun.

after wearing my uniform a bit ive been worried about the collar, but I see in the images from themovie that Weems collar moves all over. I was going to put a dot of velcro on or maybe a tiny snap I guess Ill just leave it.
